Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) (high-polyphenol if possible)
  • Juice of ½ fresh lemon
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • ½ tsp raw honey (optional)
  • Pinch of turmeric + black pepper (optional but highly recommended)
  • Optional: few drops apple cider vinegar

 


 

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients into a small glass
  2. Stir well until emulsified
  3. Consume immediately — preferably in the morning
