Can a dietitian give me a diet plan that aims to lose localized fat?

This is certainly a question that every dietitian is asked frequently, especially by people who wish to achieve changes in specific areas of their body. Unfortunately, there is no ‘special’ or ‘magic’ diet (or exercise) that can target the loss of fat in a specific area. Each body has particular fat storage patterns, which are genetically determined, and as a result, fat tends to be stored in specific parts of the body. This cannot be changed by any diet and/or exercise
